Supported standard options on fixed-price direct-purchase products are selected and priced on the product page; larger, bespoke or complex requirements are reviewed through a tailored quotation. For logo orders, Vidyanju will request usable artwork after order confirmation where upload is not available at checkout.
Fixed-price direct-purchase configurations are payable in full at checkout. Custom quotations show any advance and balance terms before payment. Bespoke timelines and project-specific payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Changes and cancellations may be limited once production begins. Personalized and custom goods are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specification.
